Yes. We do not disclose personal information or share it with third parties unless necessary. We will explain what data is needed and why. Note: If there is a threat to life or serious risk, we will advise contacting emergency services. This is not “formalities” — it’s about your safety.

Yes. You can contact us if you’re worried about someone close to you and don’t know how to help. We’ll suggest how to support them gently and what can be done next.
