It was our first experience of this kind and an important step towards systematic, professional work with families in the school environment.

Participants worked through real cases and discussed communication with parents, sensitive parenting topics, boundaries, responsibility and support — not in theory, but through practice and professional reflection.

All specialists who completed the training received certificates and, along with them, new tools, confidence and a clearer understanding of how to build a mindful and caring dialogue with parents. Thank you to everyone who was part of this process. We believe programmes like this change not only approaches, but the educational environment as a whole. We plan to continue introducing and developing similar training programmes for education professionals in other cities and districts as well.

The organisation’s work is supported by Sweden.
